Location
The airport, which opened in 1928, is 3 kilometers north of Downtown Billings. Drivers coming from outside of the city can reach the airport via State Road 3, which leads to Billings. A shuttle bus from the airport to downtown is not offered, the only option is to take bus route # 2P to downtown from the nearby Rimrockroad. You can find out the departure times on site. Otherwise, arrival and onward travel is only possible with a taxi, rental car or private shuttle / taxi service.
